I’m a coach following my professional and personal passions, while helping others do the same.

Having started my professional life in the marketing world, I’ve spent nearly 20 years working in New York agencies honing my ability to identify motivations and values that move people to action. As I sought to find the ‘elusive’ balance so many of us chase, I decided to seek formal training to be a coach.   

I take a nonjudgmental, supportive and intuitive approach that encourages clients to lean into their strengths to co-create an actionable plan that delivers new results. I help my clients imagine and create new possibilities.
